As with our full service event planning, our wedding planning services are customized for each couple. We offer a couple of standard packages and customize each for personal service:
Full wedding planning
This package will ease you through the stress of planning a wedding and abolish any stress felt on your wedding day, so you can concentrate on what's important. With this package you will receive a consultation, planning preparation, and wedding day coordination. As well as full assistance throughout the planning of your wedding. We will be there to assist in your every need and want for the day. This packcage include the following services, which can also be broken out individually:
Consultation: This service is for the bride and groom who have just gotten engaged and need help starting to plan for their wedding. Planning a wedding can be challenging. We will eliminate the guesswork and get you started in the right direction.
Planning preparation:
After a in depth consultation your planner will get you started by booking appointments for you with vendors and suppliers.
- We will contact your wedding suppliers (flowers, cake, DJ. etc.) and describe what you want, what your budget is, find out if they're available on your date. This way the vendors already know about your needs when you walk in the door.
- Help you in putting together a wedding binder making it easier to keep track of all the details
- Assist you in designing a floor plan for the vendors and creating a wedding day schedule
Wedding day coordination
A coordinator can also be hired for the wedding day alone. We meet with you prior to understand your plans and then we will direct the events of the day that you have already arranged and make sure everyone around you is doing their job. Should any emergencies happen we will take care of them.
