Helping Hands Event Planning’s primary goal is to take the burden off of your shoulders. Your event is about the people you are inviting or serving and that should be your focus. Let us handle the details. We can help you with:

Our process

Although each event is unique, we use the same process to ensure quality.

Vision Meeting.

Sit down with an event planner and discuss the event. What is your vision? Do you have a budget? What are you trying to accomplish?

Preliminary Proposal.

Within a week, we will present you with a preliminary proposal, outlining our services, an event timeline, draft budget, and our fees. We will then set a meeting to discuss and refine these items.

Contract.

Upon agreement of the proposal and services to be rendered, a contract will be signed and a deposit made.

Production Schedule

A complete Production Schedule will be given to you outlining our tasks and responsibilities and anything that you and your organization will be doing. a schedule of regular contact will be established up to and through the event.

Follow-Up.

After the event, a de-briefing meeting will be held. Approximately 2-4 weeks after the event a Final report and Budget will be prepared, and final invoice presented.
